My Learnings
With over 40 years of legacy, the business thrives under his leadership, supported by a dedicated team of 4 experts and 15 associates. From tenant to landlord, buyer to seller, and renovator to construction partner, his diverse experiences enrich his expertise.
His key focus lies in nurturing long-term customer relationships and expanding the client base for continued growth.
Here are some of the things that I learned from my experience:
- Follow your dreams. If you are passionate about something, don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it. In fact don’t even bother to ask. I was passionate about real estate, even though I had never worked in the industry before. I knew that if I worked hard and learned from my mistakes, I could be successful.
- Be willing to work hard. Success does not come easy. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort. I worked long hours and made a lot of sacrifices in the early days of my career. But it was all worth it in the end.
- Learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to learn from them and not make the same mistakes twice. I made a lot of mistakes in the early days of my career. But learned from them and I became a better real estate agent as a result.
- Be persistent. And consistent. Don’t give up on your dreams, no matter how difficult things get. I faced a lot of challenges in the early days of my career. But I never gave up on my dream of becoming successful.
I hope that my story will inspire others to follow their dreams. If I can do it, anyone can.
The importance of building relationships. In real estate, it is all about relationships. You need to build relationships with your clients, your colleagues, and your network of professionals.
To support this new direction I invested heavily in learning about social media branding and real estate best practices the process was intense but over these years I hustled harder than ever following up with clients for months even years to make deals happen. Today I’m proud of the business I’ve built with a proven track record of helping clients find the perfect properties and guiding them through each step.
My journey taught me resilience strategy and the value of personal growth now as I continue to grow my real estate business I’m also interested in guiding new agents hoping to help others succeed in this industry.
